Smiddy House provides 4 well appointed en-suite rooms with shower and toilet facilities. One family room accommodating one king and one single bed (there is space available for a cot), one twin room and two double rooms. Rooms are tastefully decorated and have TV/DVD, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities and mini bar.

- Single occupancy from £55.00 - £80.00 per night.

Our Guest rooms are furnished to a high standard with fresh flowers, luxury linen and towels and have received 4 star grading from Visitscotland and 4 yellow stars from the AA which is awarded to the top 10% of properties within their grade.
Our Garden room is tastefully furnished and show some pieces from the Orient. It is a place to relax and unwind whilst perusing the evening menu. In the evening the Garden room is reserved for dinning guests only.
Special Occasions
For that special occasion, flowers and champagne can be arranged for you on arrival. From a single rose to a bouquet, our local florist, 'Forget Me Knots' will deliver direct. Please contact them on 01397 701300.
Laundry
All guests are welcome to use the laundry and drying room facilities for a small charge.
Dogs welcome
Dogs are welcome, however we do have pets rules and advanced notice is required. Our pets rules are that:
- A charge of £5.00 per night is made for dogs.
- Dogs are not to be left unattended in bedrooms.
- Dogs are not allowed in restaurant or garden room.
- Once taken for morning walk prior to breakfast, dogs are left in the car before returning to house. No muddy paws!
